The Sedona juice Company is a family owned and operated business located in the Village of Oak Creek in Sedona, Arizona. It was crafted during the grips of the pandemic while Joe Markham was celebrating his freedom and complete immersion in his unencumbered time with his son, Kroy.
Joe’s unfiltered experience for weeks with his son made him aware of the incredulous food habits children are forming at such a young age- habits that will shape them physically and psychologically for the rest of their lives. The “healthy” food options aren’t presented in a way that children, especially Kroy, find appealing and Joe saw the opportunity to create the perfect juice bar and vegan kitchen taste-bed of healthy food that appeals to everyone.
Through their own health journey they discovered the benefits of vegan superfood kitchen, cold pressed juice, and how the ingredients we put in our bodies can combat common health related issues like inflammation, unstable blood sugar, gut-health issues, and so much more.
The Sedona juicery features a unique and playful take on superfoods and aims to give those that enjoy the food, juices, and smoothies the health benefits and longevity that allow them to enjoy quality time with their families and loved ones while feeling good from the inside out.
Chef Jordan's cooking resume contains everything from working as a short-order cook and writing recipes to collaborating with local restaurants and other chefs. He is an avid foodie, constantly elevating new, nutritious cuisine. While working with him, he will emphasize the importance of healthy living in a way that will delight.
